Willamette Rotaract Social Reminder - 10/1/2013

Fellow Rotaractors, friends and other awesome people,
Join us for a social meeting with our sponsoring Rotary club, Lake Oswego! We will be meeting a few of their members there for happy hour around 4:30-7pm. Don't worry if you can't show up right then, happy hour goes till 6pm.

Willamette Rotaract September Social: Pub Crawl for Polio- 9/21/2013

Fellow Rotaractors, friends and other awesome people,

For this month's social, we will be taking part in Pub Crawl for Polio, an event put on by our friends over at the Rotarct Club of Clark County. It will be a great opportunity to socialize with another Rotarct club, enjoy some beer, and raise some money for Rotary International's Polio Plus fund.

Willamette Rotaract Meeting Reminder - 9/10/2013

Fellow Rotaractors, friends and other awesome people,
First off I wanted to thank all our amazing members who helped with Panhandling for Polio this weekend. It was a great success as always. If you are curious what the total money raised was, we will be announcing it at this Tuesday's meeting!
In addition, we will be installing 5 new members to our growing organization. All of them have already shown their dedication and its an honor to finally have them officially be part of the club.
For the main part of this evening, I wanted to do something a little different. At the last meeting we passed around a sheet to have people write down what social events they wanted to do in the future. I absolutely loved all the ideas that were written down which makes me want to expand this idea. At this Tuesday's meeting, I want the club as a whole to help plan our schedule for the next few months with our own ideas.
